Back by popular demand! Join Ken Frank, executive chef and owner of the renowned La Toque restaurant, as he hosts a second Truffle Weekend, from February 5-7, 2010. Students will have the rare opportunity to cook in the La Toque kitchen as they learn to prepare truffle dishes and savor meals featuring these flavorful fungi. Commence the eventful weekend with a champagne brunch featuring delectable truffle omelets.
