Napa Meeting Space
Our hotel features 5 private Napa meeting spaces with seating from 18 to 200 people. In addition we have three separate courtyards with views of the mountains to the north and the Napa River nature preserve to the east.
On-Site and Off-Site Catering Options
We can accommodate many styles of private events in our meeting spaces at The Westin Napa Verasa. We also have the ability to cater off site at one of our preferred winery partners. All of the catering and banquet food and beverage is overseen by the well-known Chef Ken Frank, who is famous not only for truffles, but for his homemade potato chips, and many healthy and flavorful selections with a modern twist.

Oakland (OAK), San Francisco (SFO) and Sacramento (SMF) International airports are all around 70 miles / 112 kilometers to Napa.
The drive takes approximately 1 hour 20 minutes or less from all three airports.
The advantage to meeting at The Westin Verasa Napa is that the hotel is located in downtown Napa, surrounded by nearby restaurants, shopping, recreational activities, and more than 15 wine tasting rooms that are within walking distance.
