On the road shouldn’t mean out of shape. With the WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio, you can take your usual fitness routine to the next level. Complimentary to guests 24 hours a day, The Napa WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio features state-of-the-art equipment including free weights, Life Fitness elliptical trainers, treadmills, and bicycles all complete with personal television. Fitness balls, yoga mats, towels and water are also available for your convenience.

Enjoy the fresh air during your workout with our open air facilities. If your workout takes you outside of the hotel's fitness center, take advantage of our heated  saltwater pool and hot tub (open 7am - 11pm). The Westin Verasa Napa also offers a running concierge with suggestions on 1-5 mile jogging/walking routes to and from the hotel, including the beautiful riverwalk that the hotel backs up to.
