renowned La Toque kitchen. They have a regional menu along with a variety

Delivers imaginative twists on traditional Japanese cuisine. Abundant selections
of specialty sakes and beers, encompassing several different types from the
classic to the avant-garde representing many regions from across Japan enhance
Eiko's menu. Our vision for the menu combines modern and authentic traditional
Japanese cuisine including seasonal, fresh sustainable fish and ingredients
delivered in daily from our local markets and purveyors. In addition to traditional
raw fish preparation our chefs creates a selection of innovative dishes inspired by
our local culture and taste profiles featuring Napa as influence and inspiration.
The restaurant's signature design element is an elegant Ipe(ee-pay) wood from
Brazil. It separates the main dining room and the lounge simulating a giant wood
basket greeting you as you enter the main dining room guided by Koi fishes
painted on the floor. Above the Sushi bar a 12-by-8-foot Japanese inscription
screen hand painted by Buddhist Monk

Chef Curtis Di Fede and Tyler Rodde create a rustic menu that might include
such things as liver dumplings and tuna heart.   There’s also pizza slathered
with wild nettles, chili, pine nuts and pecorino; exceptional pasta such as fidei
with butter beans, rapini green and pancetta; and main course including roast
pork with dandelion greens, and nectarines.  The open kitchen gives the
restaurant soul.
