American Disabilities Association Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Amenity Fee
Room prices do not include a daily $20 amenity fee and 14% tax. The amenity fee includes the following services: valet parking, internet in guest rooms and in lobby of the hotel. The fee also gives guests access to the heated saltwater pool, whirlpool, the WestinWORKOUT® Gym, and access to our private bocce ball courts.

Business Center
This hotel has a Business Center, and services including personal computers, Microsoft Office utilities, USB port and CD/DVD ROM, laser printing and copying services, shipping and courier services and High Speed Internet Access.

Damage Policy
Any damage caused to guest rooms or public area property by a guest will be charged to the credit card on file.  Receipts for replacement/ repair will be provided upon request. 

Early Departure Policy
Please be advised that a fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply to all early departures.

Gift Certificate Redemption
Gift certificate reservations are based on availability and must be made in advance. The original certificate must be presented at the time of check-in. Lost or damaged gift certificates will not be replaced. Extensions to the expiration date are not permitted.

Peak Season Policy
A two-night minimum length of stay is required for weekend reservations during peak season (April through mid-November).

Pet Policy
The hotel accepts dogs 40 lbs or less. Guests must sign a waiver for damage and cleaning upon check-in. Available upon request, the following pet amenities may be provided: heavenly dog bed, food and water bowls, dog in room sign, and heavenly dog welcome pack. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public areas are 100% non-smoking. This hotel charges a cleaning fee of $200 per room and/or $500 per public space if guests smoke in prohibited areas.
